NGY Dietitian is a mobile application provided by Dietitian Nilay Göktepe Yılmaz. The App provides the following services:

• Appointment management
• Personalized diet plans
• Meal tracking and photo sharing
• Measurement tracking
• Messaging with dietitian
• Payment tracking
• Notifications and announcements

2. User Eligibility

• This App is only available to registered clients of Dietitian Nilay Göktepe Yılmaz.
• You must be over 18 years old to use the App.
• To create an account, you must be registered in the system by your dietitian.

3. Account Security

As a user:

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
• You are responsible for all activities performed with your account
• You must notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized access
• You must not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you must not:

• Share content that violates laws
• Violate the rights of others
• Take actions that compromise the security of the App
• Provide misleading or false information
• Misuse or manipulate the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App

• Copying, distributing, or modifying App content is prohibited.
• Diet plans provided to you are for personal use only and cannot be shared.

8. Payment Terms

• The App is provided free of charge.
• Dietitian service fees are determined separately and collected outside the app.
• Payment tracking within the App is for informational purposes only.

• We may temporarily or permanently suspend the App.
• We will try to provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is."
• We do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption or error.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App use.
• Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid, if any.

11. Account Termination

• You may request to terminate your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

• These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
• Amicable resolution methods will be sought first for disputes.
